CCM is organizing the first session of the 2018 Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in Coastal Areas of Ghana Short Course in April. The Centre and the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences of the  University of Cape Coast are collaborating with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to train participants to bring them to speed with current issues on climate change and its effect on the coastal area as well as mitigation measures adapted by inhabitants of such vulnerable environment.
