The Global Ocean Accounts Partnership (GOAP) is a worldwide collaboration that helps countries and organizations use ocean accounting to track and improve ocean sustainability. Instead of just using Gross Domestic Product (GDP) , they want to measure progress in a way that truly reflects the health and value of our oceans. They do this by advancing ocean accounts in different countries, building skills and communities through training and discussions, and creating knowledge to support ocean accounting practices.
