The Centre for Coastal Management (CCM), now Africa Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR), at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) is organising a five-day short professional course on Fisheries Management at the Ainoo-Ansah Farms which is located at Okyereko near Winneba. The short course, which targeted journalists from media houses distributed across the country, was organised in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences (DFAS), UCC and the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development (MoFAD).
The Africa Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) Project will like to apply part of its funding allocation from the World Bank to employ the service a Research Assistant at the Centre for Coastal Management (CCM) at the University of Cape Coast. ACECoR is a multi-year (2019-2024) initiative of the World Bank being implemented in coordination with the Association of African Universities (AAU) and the National Council of Tertiary Education (NCTE).
