The project on the data collection of Abandoned Lost and otherwise Discarded Fishing Gear (ALDFG)in Ghana under the Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP),through the Centre for Coastal Management (CCM_ACECoR) commenced on the 16th of September 2023 with the training of quality control officers at the Ridge Royal Hotel Cape Coast.
From the 3rd – 9th September 2023, the largest artificial intelligence and machine learning conference in Africa, Deep Learning Indaba, was held in the University of Ghana, with the theme, “Y3b3tumi (We can)”.
